Ulf backed up Mississippi and Detroit blues brothers Eddie & Jimmy Burns at the Mönsterås Festival 99, together with Stoffe "Big Tex" Sundlöf and Berra from Chicago Express.
The Burns are the "True Blues Brothers" according to Living Blues Magazine, and ther eis a point in it. Eddie Burns has roots, friends and family in the Mississippi traditions, a chummy of John Lee Hooker and the rest of them, and a fabulous personality!
Jimmy is a great vocalist and guitar player, and the stories and advice these brothers were able to administer in the back room after a great gig will stay with me for life...:-)
