The animals

                                Cats
Beside the horses, here in Lilla Klobo, we got two cats called Gustaf & Ragnar. Gusten, as we calls him, is the oldest one. He is about 5 years old and he is the Boss.  He is spotted brown, big, wooly and really cuddly. Mostly, He is outdoors and comes and goes as he like, but at night times he want to sleep in our beds. A VERY good rat- catcher!

Ragnar is the family's "little one". About two years old, black/ white and a little long- haired. He was supposed to be an outdoor cat too, but he himself decided to not to. He must be the most cuddly and huggable cat God created. He Loves everybody and everything, even when he got no love back.

                          Rats
To the cats big joy, we (i.e. Marie) also had "rats" indoors. One of the "rats" was really a hamster called Daisen and the other one was an "Chinese roof-rat", a big ugly fellow with no furl on his tail. He was called
Tazak. Recently hi died and Marie is very sorry for that. To read more about them- just click on their names.

                                        Dogs
We got a dog too. Bess, or WhippWolf's Black Eyed Bess, as she is named from the beginning, is a Whippet. She is mostly white, about ten years old and nowadays retired from shows and races. As retired she is just taking it easy, but sometimes she's got a "black- out" about her age and runs the crap of everyone. Her relation too the  rest of the family is very calm and her favorite place to sleep in, is between us adult or with the cats.

                                    Hens
We had some hens to. Silly looking things with "hat" and "slippers". In Swedish they are called "Japanska Dvärgsilkeshöns", we haven't  found any English word for them, but it should be something like "Japanese miniature silk hens". It was a nice bunch who was given us fresh eggs every day. Unfortunately the egg was so small that you had to double up the recipes to get it right. The badger took some of them, and the fox took the rest. And that even though we hunted them dressed just in briefs and a rifle, or as the better part in the family, Kicki, only dressed in a dressing gown hunting them with some logs.

We will attempt  bay some new during the summer.

                                  Wild animals
At time we also have a family of hedgehogs on our farm. Ragnar, the youngest cat loves them. But at the same time he is terrified of them.
