Nex Necus has grades that allows the players of the squad to be promoted for distinguished service. To be promoted you need to fulfill all the criteria for that grade, including awards, enlisted time and matches played.

The officer grades are applicable when you get promoted in the squad for taking more responsibles, such as: Squad Leader, Tactical Coordinator and Recruiter. You must at least reach Staff Sergeant before you can become an Officer.
