CHECK: Every Player Automatically Body Checks An Opposing Player To The Ice Upon Contact.
FLASH: Camera Flashes From The Stands.
GRAB: Similar To CHECK But With A Stick Hold Instead Of A Check.
HOMEGOAL: Gives Home Team A Goal.
INJURY: Causes An Injury.
MANTIS: Gives Players Elongated Arms, Legs, And Necks.
NHLKIDS: Makes Players Kid-Size.
PENALTY: Causes A Penalty.
SPOTS: Turns On The Pre-Game Spotlights.
VICTORY: Starts Fireworks Over The Rink.
ZAMBO: Puts The Zamboni On The Ice.


Type these codes in while the Credits menu is highlighted:

STANLEY: Plays The End Of Season Video.

After you type in one of the names you will be told that the name has been used already (because they are on the EA team), then you'll be asked if you want to use the name again; hit OK to make the person. When you hit OK, the person will have his/her stats the highest they can be and have a picture that you can not use when you put in a name that is none of the above.

Alternate Jersey
If you Left Click on Anaheim, Los Angeles, Boston, Vancouver, or Pittsburgh, you'll get their third jersey.

Awesome Goalie
During a season, go to Commissioner and click it. Then go to the Rosters sign and click it. Then go to Create Player. For the first name put in Mike. Then go to the last name box and put Smith. If it worked right, a box will say, "There already is a Person as this name in the Database would you like to create another person." Choose NO.

Five Minute Power Play
To get an easy 5-minute power play you need to be in a fight. Let your opponent beat you up -- it's important that you don't press any buttons -- and the referee will call a five-minute major on them and nothing on you. It works every time.
