Lilla Maria
TC started off by playing a 40-minute set with some fairly new songs, which was what we had planned for the evening, but Lilla Maria made us play 2 additional sets, which forced us to improvise a great deal. It went ok, although the room was a bit small which made the volume a bit loud.
Maybe next time well distribute free cotton to the crowd.
Krogen Tre Backar
Ouch, this gig was really painful, mainly due to Tre Backars newly installed decibel-meter, which made the sound disappear entirely about 6-7 times throughout the set. Charlie's drums broke down a couple of times also, which really pissed him off. But the overall mood of the place was good, and a lot of people were there, which made it all easier. We should have played a little later in the evening though, many people showed up an hour after the set was done. The gig mainly consisted of straight up TC songs, but 2 covers were played also, Fire by Jimi Hendrix, and as an encore a rock'n'roll version of Larger than Life by the Backstreet Boys, with Special Guests David and Mike (former guitar player in TC).
It was fun after all, but don't count on seeing us play on that stage again.
Nynäshamn (private party)
TC performed three cover-sets on this party celebrating a 50th birthday, with songs by the Clash, Gyllene Tider, The Rolling Stones etc. Good party music.
Pub Anchor
This gig was fun, mainly because Anchor is a cool place. TC rocked 2 sets (we had to pause and fix Vega's amp). A few covers were played between TC songs. TC will rock Anchor again ASAP.
