You must add 1 mm wallthickness for corrosive
enviroment and 1 mm for the manufacturing tolerance
of the plate.

Weldquality factor z: use 0.7 when only 10% NDT;
use 0.9 for 100% NDT.
NDT means none destructive testing and can be devided into
two different welddefects: Surface cracks and inweldcrackinitiaters.
In order to find these two defect types the following metods can be used.
Surface defects: Magnetic particle test and penetrant testing.
Inwelddefects: Ultrasonic test and X-ray test.
