Chris Claremont

Chris Claremont is the Editorial Director of Marvel Comics and one of the best comic writers ever. He wrote the Uncanny X-Men for seventeen years in a row! The 1991 he was with and wrote the first issue of a new X-Men series who sold 7.5 million of its first issue, making it the best-selling single-issue comic book in history. Chris Claremont is co-creator of several top-selling series for Marvel Comics, including Excalibur, Wolverine, New Mutants and Captain Britain in the United Kingdom.

He has also written the Star Trek 25th Anniversary graphic novel Debt of Honor for DC, as well as a Next Generation sequel. And Alien/Predator: The Deadliest of Species for Dark Horse. Currently Chris Claremont writes Marvel Comics flagship title, The Fantastic Four.

Chris Claremont also writes books without pictures inside, some examples of his works is Firstflight, Grounded, Sundowner, Dragon Moon and Black Dragon.

Chris Claremont currently lives in Brooklyn with his wife and four cats.
