William John Paul Gallagher was born the 21st of
September in 1972. When he was born the family had 3 brothers and
William was the youngest. He was 5½ year younger than Noel, the
second child in the family. The oldest of them was Paul.
The childen's parents were Thomas and Peggy. Peggy loved her
children but Thomas did not. He was a terrible father, he did not
care of the family at all. He was always fighting with them and
punched them. He was alwys angry with Peggy. He made life like a
nightmare for Peggy and the children. He said that if Peggy told
the police he would kill her. Paul, Noel and William were only a
problem for Thomas and he almost hated them.
Liam, as William was called later, had a desease which made him
cry very much. This made Thomas very annoyed and he could do very
stupid things.
Liam, who still was young and didn't go to school, was home and
saw the battering grew more and more hard.
Peggy and the children escaped from Thomas in 1984. After this
Liam became very troublesome in school.
He wanted to be diffrent from all the other children, and sure he
was: He made his hair yellow, and was sent home from school, he
came to school without a schooluniform and he was sent home from
school, and he punched three guys who had punched him with a
hammer, and now he was not aloud to come to school anymore. Peggy
tried everything to get Liam back to school again and finally she
won. Liam got one last chance.
This time everything went well, he seemed to understand that his
mother didn't want anymore trouble.
Liam liked Hiphop in those days and he learnt breakdance. But the
thing he liked most was singing, he could stand and sing for
hours on his room, he didn't care about all complaints. He tried
to learn to play some intruments but he was not interested in it.
He just wanted to sing.
When Liam had finished school he became a messenger, but when
they told him to wash toilets he left and did never come back.
Peggy was very worried for Liam. Liam himself was not worried at
all, he said to his mother "Don't be worried mum, I'm going
to be famous one day, I can feel it inside myself".
When Liam went to the employment exchange and told them that he
wanted to be a Rock-star they threw him out of the building.
In 1991 Liam joined the band "Rain" but he decided to
rename the band "Oasis".
The 18th of August in 1991 Liam and Oasis made their first
live-concert ever. Noel was in the Audience watching his brother
singing. Afterwards Noel shouted at Liam because he thought that
they had been bad. Liam told Noel to join the band and show that
he was better.
Today Liam Gallagher is the singer in Oasis and he is married
with Patsy Kensit. patsy is an actress.
