Greetings and welcome to my office. I am Major General Kaerner, commander of Tau Squadron. I been promoted throughout the rank from being a flight member in Rage squadron to become the commander of an elite squadron. Much could be said about Tau, and much is said, so I will not babble about it here. Instead, I think you should take a look at our history. If you feel something is missing, or would like to hear more of it, send me a note, and thou shall be answered.

If you're curious about Tau, I suggest you first go study the history of the elite unit. If you want further information about our day to day work, feel free to email me with your questions and I'll try to answer them.

Tau is a bit special comparing to a standard fighter unit. We do not fly normal EH ships like the Tie Advanced or the Tie Defender. Tau Squadron fly the A-9b Vigilance Interceptor, which is specially contructed with force vents, that allows a Dark Jedi to use his dark powers when he's flying. The A-9b is fast, very meanuverable, and has lots of firepower. It's a tradition in the squadron that each member name his/her ship. "You know that the ship is one of the thing a pilot must trust, so why not give it a name" (quote from a former Tau CMDR when there was talk about naming the A-9b's). I have named my personal fighter the "Lusankya". If you want further information about the ships we're flying, click here. As a Tau member in his Vigalance Fighter is very easily recognized over the galaxy, duty sometimes requires us to fly other crafts. If so, we use the agile Tie Interceptors which is as close as you can get to an A-9b.
