I have been training Wing Tsun here in the SEWTO HQ diligently under Si-sok Claes Bratt (2TG) several days a week, since september 96 and going soon for 6:th SG. Wing Tsun is what I think the best selfdefence and with itīs fast and natural techniques it is easy to end conflicts in a matter of seconds.
