My name is Hasse Ohlsson and I have over 20 years experience in the field of Quality and Operational development area. In this work many BUZZ words have passed by, all probably with a good intention. But, have they really helped us reach the expected results? I doubt it! To me it seems more to be a way to escape real hard improvement work (and good profit for all consultants). 

I want to start BUZZ word/Slogan/Myth killing! 

Maybe not really killing but more initiating a debate around all what seems to be "Word of God". 

I will present my opinion on this page and hope to get comments and view points from interested people world wide .
