What is tarInsTaller?
tarInsTaller takes a .tar.* file and do what you usually do... meaning...
$ tar x[filter]Cf $HOME [file]
$ cd $HOME/[file - extensions]
$ ./configure
$ make

I hope you see what I mean :)
