LT423.EXE is a self-extracting zip file.
The files contained in this file are used for updating Aptiva 2142, 2140, 2162 and 2161 systems equipped with the Lucent Technologies Winmodem to driver version 4.23.

Instructions:

1) Place LT423.EXE in its own temporary directory on the hard file.
2) Invoke LT423.EXE. (Either from a DOS command prompt or Windows Explorer.)
3) Run the SETUP.EXE program which has been extracted.
