We have started this group in order to have a forum of discussion of the Kurdish questions. We think it is necessary to start a debate with a new point of view, which is not only based on the traditional rethoric as regards political ideologies and takes in account more Western theories of the society.

Since our country has been occupated the Kurdish people didn't have enough knowledge about the different ideologies apart from the communism. But today we realize that we have both knowledge and ideas about how the political ideologies have developed. Now we have a precise idea about the structure of the society, not only in the Middle East but also in the Western World.

Today we know that we have enough knowledge to discuss, argumentate and elaborate our policy. The new technology has given us new opportunities to communicate and spread information about our ideas on equal terms as other people in the world. Moreover the new technology should be used more systematically since we (the Kurds) are spread in all the world with the aim of getting closer to eachother and make a common effort to be more productive.

We have the intention to publish articles about Kurds and Kurdistan, have seminars which can be downloaded from this homepage auditorily for example.

Up to now we have spoken to Dr. Abbas Vali (U.K.) about this project and we are also in the process of taking contact with other Kurds who we consider will be able to give interesting contributions to this debate.
