When my mother did bread, it always tasted yeast, I hated that. So, I finaly found a good recepie that works for me.

Put the yeast in the water, add herbs of your choice and add salt and then the flour. Of course, stir. Let it grow for 2 hours. Make two breads, grow for 1 hour.

Bake for 10 minutes at 220 C and then 20 minutes att 200 C. Done.
