Chicken Zafferoni
You will need:

Chicken Zafferoni One of my earlier experiments to breake rules. Zaffran can actually be used for more than Swedish Christmas bread. Of course, most friends think I'm baking and not cooking while doing this.

Boil Tagliatelle, with a bullion cube of course. Do the chicken in your owen and cut it in small pieces. (Take away all small bones). Or, if lazy, buy a grilled chicken.

Do a bechamel sauce with the Créme Fraishe, milch and flour according to standard rules. Add the saffron, about 1gr. Add black pepper.

When all that is done, chop some fresh cucumber (pre-fried) to the mix. Add the chicken and serve.
