Let me introduce myself, I am ms Pia Knutsson born in Malmoe, Sweden. I am a very positive, ambitious and easygoing person who enjoys challenge and hard work. My whole working career has related within customer service and the travel industry.

I hold an Iata-Uftaa examination and 5-½ years experience in an Iata travel agency. I had the benefits to travel all over the world and learnt a lot about different cultures and human relations

I have been living in Thailand and Cayman islands for the last 2½ years. For 15 months total, I was working one season as a dive/medic first aid instructor and one season as divemaster/stewardess on board a dive charter. Until Jun-98 I had a season contract in Cayman islands, Bwi were I was working at the 5-star Westin Casuarina Hotel. Again teaching diving and medic first aid. I was also working as shop assistant at the helpdesk providing customer service.

I am now looking for a permanent job and wish to return within the travel industry were may real profession is. My goal is a cabin crew position with an airline, I have always loves flying and being a part of a cabin crew team is a working/life style I believe would be ideal for me.

I got the skill to communicate effectively with people of all ages, from all parts of the world and to remain calm and efficient under pressure.

I have always loved flying and being part of a cabin crew team is a life style I believe would suit me. I am a very flexible and hard working person who always put 100% in my strive to add value to a company.

I enjoy working face to face with the public and find it satisfying to deal with customer’s queries. I have the travel experience and the ambition to always provide excellent customer service with a professional attitude. A flight attendant position sound great to what I think I do best, relate to people, being approachable and using my initiative to provide the best customer care.
