This is how itīs works


If You shall participate in a legal proceeding over the phone You usual been called by a letter to
apear by the nearest authoroty in the district where you lives, for example at the policestation. It
can also happened that You have to use the phone in your house or at work.

If You shall appear by the nearest authorityYou have to at the arrival there be
prepared to att proof your identy with for example a driving licence ora passport. Thereafter You will
be asign a phone and get a telephone call from the court when itīs your turn
to be proceeded or interrogated.

All who are present at the court can hear your call with You and have
also possibility to talk with You. Even listener in the court can hear to
your call with You over speakers in the hall.

THE COURT WORKS LIKE THIS


At the preliminary hearing, who in general is public, i.e. available for
the public, participate


The court usualy remains of a lawyer, who is the chairman, and three
jurymen. In case where itīs no reason to judge to other sanction than
fines can however the case detirmened without jurymen. The jurymen is choosen by
city council.
