Why join a program that not currently is
paying?
The most get paid to surf
programs is based on a first come first served basis. Even if the program
not is currently paying they soon will be and the sooner you join the sooner
you will get an Email that you can download their program. Some of the
programs that not is currently paying look very interesting.

Should I use cheat programs?
Don't use any of them! There
are several reasons not to.
1)Companies such as Spedia
and CashSurfers have gotten very good at detecting these cheat programs.
When they detect that you are using a cheat program, your account will
be canceled. Tons of accounts have already been canceled for this reason.
2)You are committing fraud!
When you sign up for a Paid to Surf company, you agree not to fraudulently
accumulate or inflate time by using any sort of artificial means. By defrauding
AllAdvantage or another company, you will be liable for lawsuits.
3)Cheating hurts everyone
by lowering payout rates. When you use a cheat program, you lower the quality
of responses that advertisers receive, thereby lowering the advertising
revenues that Paid to Surf companies can generate. This lowers payout rates
for everyone.

How do I earn maximum cash?
1) Join multiple programs.
Because most of the get paid to surf programs have a limit on how many
hours per month you and your referrals can get paid for , you should consider
joining and referring more than one program. Then you can switch from one
program that you have maxed out to another for the remainder of the month.
When promoting these programs to your friends, you may want to point this
out since their earnings affect your earnings.
2) You can use several view
bars at the same time! (it's just a question about seeing more than the
bars on the screen ;-) ). Some surf with 5 bars at the same time!
Be sure to make the most
of your desktop space by increasing your monitor's screen resolution. This
will shrink everything on your screen, making the ad bars smaller. The
appropriate degree of resolution depends on your graphics card and monitor
size. If possible, 1024 x 768 or higher is recommended
In order to set your resolution
to a higher setting, go to Start > Setting > Control Panel > Display. From
here, click the Setting tab then adjust the "Screen Area". If you want
to swap quickly between different resolutions, check "Show settings on
taskbar" under the Advanced button. This could become one of your favorite
features while surfing.
Increasing the resolution
will probably make the character size too small to read. You can increase
your font size by changing the text size under the View menu of your browser.
If you have a wheel on your mouse you can change the text size by holding
down the Ctrl key and moving the wheel up or down.
You can also move the Task
Bar to vertical position (left or right)
Drag your gray Task Bar from
the bottom of your screen to the vertical position on the left or right
of your computer screen. This will free up some more room, which could
be a valuable space in your crowded desktop.
If you want to keep your
task bar at the bottom, you might want to set your Windows taskbar to autohide.
With this autohide feature on, the taskbar will be reduced to a small line
at the bottom of your screen. When you need to use the taskbar just bring
your cursor to the bottom of the screen and it will pop up.
For autohide setup, go to
Start > Setting > Taskbar & Start Menu. From here, click Taskbar Options
tab and check the boxes for Autohide and Always on top.
Position ad bars so that
they take up the minimal space on your screen.
Some ad bars (e.g.,
AllAdvantage, Spedia, CashFiesta) stay put after loading while others (e.g.,
Jotter, SurfingPrizes, UtopiAd) can be repositioned. After loading two
or three fixed position ad bars, add floating ad bars so that you can move
the ad bars while you work on the computer. Some ad bars even overlap each
other.
3) Tell your friends!!
The money that you can make off of referrals is unlimited! That means that
if someone signs up for a program using your name as a referral, you will
make money when THEY surf, read Email, etc.!! Plus, many of the programs
pay you for multiple levels. The more friends that you refer, the more
money you will make!
Pay rate for first level
of referrals is the most important. In most of these programs, a vivid
image is created of ever larger #'s of referrals at each succeeding level
i.e. "So, you refer two people, & they each refer two people, &
they each refer two people, etc. until you have a huge network of referrals
going 8 levels deep!!". While it is true that over time, if these programs
succeed, your referrals will refer others and your network will grow, the
reality is that the energy & enthusiasm that you apply to building
up your first layer of referrals probably will not be passed on to lower
levels. Chances are good that your first layer of referrals will contain
more people than any of the lower levels. Time will tell for sure if this
assessment is correct, but if what we have seen up to now holds true then
the most important level is level # 2 or your first level of referrals.
Given this, the choice of a program should be heavily influenced by the
rate offered for level # 2. No other level, not even level # 1 matters
as much.
4) Choose programs that suit
your computer usage pattern.
Review each program's paying
policy and rates and choose the best value programs that suit your computer
usage pattern. While some programs pay only while you run the browser,
others pay while you do other work as long as your computer is connected
to the internet. Since most ad bars include pay status indicator, which
usually turns green when the hours are logged, you will know when the program
pays. Turn your high paying ad bar while you are surfing the web and choose
a non-browser pay program while you are doing other activities. So turn
on the ad bars that pay for the activities you are doing. It would be better
for you to understand their paying schemes.

Is this a Pyramid Scheme?
No! These programs pay you
for viewing ads on your PC screen or reading e-mail. You will earn money
even if you never refer anyone to the program! You will, potentially, make
more money if you refer others into the program, but it is not required!
A pyramid scheme, generally will not provide any income without recruiting
others.
How does the referral system work?
If you want to earn a lot
of money the best way is to refer to your friends. If work this way: When
you sign up you will be asked who referred you. If your friends have you
as their referrer you will get about 10% of what they earn (they will still
earn 100%) he/she is your one step referral. If they refer their friends
YOU will get about 5% of the money your friends friends make they are your
two step referrals. Some of the programs pay for up to seven step referrals!!!!
Ex: You refer to tree people who each refer to three people etc in seven
steps you will get paid for 5%-10% of what 3279 people + you earn!!!
