Second volume of the rock compilation Born to be wild isn't much better than the first, but not
worse either. This one features the classic rock songs that the previous forgot to include,
like Lynyrd Skynyrd's Sweet home Alabama, some "unknown" like Edgar Winter Group's
heavy instrumental tune Frankenstein, Redbone's Witch queen of New Orleans
(at least I've never heard them before), and Ram Jam's Black Betty.
Witch queen of New Orleans and Frankenstein both could've been old Black Sabbath..
on "witch queen" the vocalist even sounds like Ozzy.
Other great tracks include Alice Cooper's Freedom, Saxon's 747 (Strangers in the night)
and the Led Zeppelin classic Stairway to heaven, here done by Far Corporation. The later one reminds me of Judas Priest's ballads.
