I was always afraid of hearing the PL albums after "Draconian times" since I knew they went electronic after that one. Anyhow, I got to hear this album and to my delight it was really good! Ok they're a bit electronic here - you can hear lots of keyboards and instead of nice guitar solos they put in some weird effects - but that's just a small thing really, in all this is dark and heavy metal as always and Nick Holmes is in great shape, actually even better than before.
I must complain though, in some songs this keyboard thing goes too far, I mean I've nothing against keyboards in general but here it gets too much, and all of the songs aren't as interesting either. Do buy this album if you like PL though, and can stand some experimenting.
