Nodus II: a CD-R dance demo produced by Lennart C & DJ Cesar

I have mixed and produced NODUS II together with my friend DJ Cesar. When played in a club dance mix, some of the tracks can be really functional at the dance floor. Has been played at some local clubs, for example by DJ Peter Carlsson at club Etage in Kalmar.

Nodus II started as a remix project from my CD Underliga Vindar. When I worked with my CD production, I got to know some DJ´s who could play my music and try it out on local clubs. At that time "country techno" as Rednex, Drängarna, and The Grid were frequently played at swedish clubs. I thought that I would go a step further to see what I could do with more traditional swedish folk melodies, without changing the original form of the tunes, but with a heavy mix for the dance floor. This remixing created a new and exciting style with many further progressing possibillities.
