Suggestions: Excellent with any meat dish, from the simplest
grilled steak to the finest game. Serving Temperature: Serve at 10-12°C Tasting Notes: A classic ale crafted from a judicious blend of Pale Crystal and Vienna Malts to create a Rotwein hue. Ruby has a fruity, full bodied flavour and is perfectly balanced with the bittering of Slovenian hops. The rich aroma is also attributed to this distinctive hop variety. 1997 Vintage: Barley crop average but we were able to secure the best of the variety. Hops were of high standard. | ||
