| Flasktext: This ale style originated in Boston over a century ago. Brewed and fermented as an ale, then aged carefully in cool rooms called "stock cellers", the style is smoother than most ales, richer than most lagers.Only honest ale ingredients are used, two-row and Crystal malts, Fuggles, Saaz and Goldings hops. We first brewed Boston Ale in 1988 to celebrate the opening of our Boston Brewery. Cheers! | ||
