Malted Barley, Styrian Goldings and English Target hops. Serving Suggestions: Goes well with all foods particularly cheese and desserts. Serving Temperature: Serve at 10-12°C. Tasting Notes: A classic, rich flavoured ale with a distinctive, tawny hue created by the expert marriage of premium quality Pale and Crystal Malts. Tawny has a full, satisfying flavour blended with a rich hoppiness contributing to the fruity aroma and bitterness. 1997 Vintage: Barley crop average but we were able to secure the best of the variety. Hops were of a high standard. | ||
