1962 och 1963 vann Erik Carlsson Monte Carlorallyt - båda gångerna i en röd Saab 96. Segrarna blev historiska. Det var första gången sedan trettiotalet någon vunnit två år i rad. Erik Carlsson won the Monte Carlo Rally twice - in 1962 and 1963. On both occasions he drove a red Saab 96. The victories were historic. It was the first time since the thirties someone succeeded in winning two years in a row. This car is an exact replica of the car Erik used to win the rally in 1963. The engine is Saab's 3-cylinder, two-stroke, with a capacity of 841 cc, tuned to about 70 bhp at 6000 rpm.
