Saab Sonett III 1974
Saab Sonett hade sin största marknad i USA. Vissa år var tilldelningen för den svenska marknaden noll eller mycket liten. 1974 blev sista modellåret för Sonett, som gick ut ur produktion på senhösten det året. Sammanlagt hade då 10219 exemplar tillverkats av typerna Sonett II, Sonett V4 och Sonett III. Från 1971 års modell hade Sonett den större V4-motorn på 1,7 liter men med oförändrad effekt, 65hk.
Saab Sonett had its lagest market in USA. In some years the allocation to the Swedish market was zero, or next to it. 1974 was the last model year for the Sonett, which went out of production in the autumn of that year. By then, a total of 10219 units had been built, of the Sonett II, Sonett V4 and Sonett III. From 1971 the Sonett had the bigger, 1.7 litre engine. Power output, however, remained unchanged at 65 bhp.
