It's official that I will do the vocals on one or more tracks on the
Sun Caged disc.
When
Mayadome played at the Progpower festival in Holland last year, we met
the guy's in Lemour Voice. We
hang out with the LV guitarist Marcel Coenen after the gigs and had some
beers.
After a while I got a call from Marcel and he told
me about this project they were doing and asked me
if I was interested about singing on a track or so...After I listened
to a demo of the material, I did´nt think
twice about it.. This material are gonna kick some butts out there :)
As some of you already know I´ve been working on a solo album for a while.
And now I can tell you that you will be amazed when you hear how many great musicians I have gathered for this project. I wont say anything at this point but man... Im VERY pleased. The material? .. hmm, well It's not progressive metal.. that's for sure, but I think that you progressive fans will be able to like this anyway, if your just into good music. Im not able to put this material in to any genre, but the sounds is kind of cheesy *lol*. Kind of commercial even tho´ It isn´t my goal to make a commercial album, but I think this one works on some radio stations ,hmm that say's all... doesn't it :) I will put some of the material up here as soon as I have recorded it.
