Radon is a radioactive gas with no smell or taste. It comes from the radioactive disintegration of uranium in the bedrock. The basic element is called radium. In nature you can find radium in different forms. It constitutes a risk for cancer because of the way particles get stuck in the lungs and bronchial tubes. The disintegration creates a refraction and gas particles, which are dangerous to inhale. You can find a different quantity of radon in all building if there is high radon content in the ground you should avoid building there, but there are ways to protect from this. You can also lead the gas away and lower the grounds air pressure and use materials which allow the air to get through. Water which is taken from deepdrilled wells can contain high reading of radon. The gas comes out in the air when you tap the water. You can easily get rid of the radon if you boil or use electric whisk. After few minutes nearly all the gas will be gone,in other words you aerate the water.
