'There I am! Where have I been all my life?'

Finally a decent picture of me (so now you know what all the others must have looked like)! This picture was taken in 1997, in my dad's garage while I was winterizing my bike, the GSX1100G (more on this below a.s.o.).

I was born on May 12th, 1970 in Trollhättan, Sweden. I lived there for 26 years of my life, but a few years ago I moved to Gothenburg and became city folk. It sure feels strange not having to spend 3 hours a day getting to and from work...;) I work as marketing manager at CapTech Distribution in Gothenburg. My interests include motorcycling, alpine skiing, computers (mainly Amigas, but I'm sadly surrounded by PCs, both at home and at work...), books (some of my my favourite authors are; Tage Danielsson, Terry Pratchett, Ernest Hemingway, J.R.R. Tolkien, Kate Atkinson, Douglas Adams), travels and beautiful ladies. I also have a strong interest in whiskies (mostly Scotch) and beers, which sometimes prevents me from indulging in my other interests... I'm 1.77 m tall (probably equivalent of 5'10") and weighing about 75 kilos (~155-160 lbs, I guess).

A couple of years back, I became the proud owner of a '92 Suzuki GSX 1100G motorbike! It's a beast of a bike, to which I have dedicated a special page.

At the same time I sold my 650cc black Suzuki Savage, a bike that brought me a lot of pleasure (I had it for 14 months and rode apx. 10,000 kays on it). I also used to own an '85 Nissan Cherry car that I've since sold! Had it for ten years and if you have any questions about that model, let me know and I'll try to help you. I still have the do-it-yourself workshop manual. ;)

When I moved a couple of years ago, as mentioned above, I had to give up my cat, Sudden. We were getting along nicely and all, but he wasn't very happy with living in an appartment, so I left him with my mom where she used to live, in the deep dark woods outside of Trollhättan. There he found a wonderful and exciting new world and he loved every minute of it. He still is, even though my mom has since moved and he belongs to someone else now. Meanwhile, I reside in Västra Frölunda, just a mile or so from my work. Makes it much easier to be at work on time every day (not that I am). :)

No, there is no missus Mammoth so far. I've been engaged to be married at one point in my life (when I was terribly young), but it didn't work out for a few very weird reasons. I've since had a couple of relationships with different ladies, but the last couple of years have been spent in involuntary solitude. I'm still searching (tic toc) for that wonderful woman of my life, but have few clues as to where to look. :-/
