Text till: "...And Forth They Rode"
(TEXT & MUSIK: Persson, Sjöman)

Vers1.
With great and spiring fortitude, the solemn warriors rode
To fight the hated enemy, by arms and knightsmens honor code
On a desolate plain by the kingdoms edge, the battle was to be
Armored men a glissning sight, as far as one could see

Refräng.
And forth they rode, to honor and to tragedy
Leaving loving wifes, and longing children
And forth they rode, trough the night into eternity
Leaving loving wifes, and longing children behind.

Vers2.
As the wind, swept across the fields
And the grass just billowed in the breeze
The knights of might kings and lands
Drew their swords and raised their lance
The battle waged in screams and blood
As the valley skrieked of swordsmens work
Fifteenhundred knights that day
Died in pain and went away

Stick.
As the essence, of bitter symphony
Pride caused suffering, and lifes were wasted
An event, of great disharmony
That can never, be irredicated

Vers3.
Way back home
Their children played out in the sun
When the news were told
That their father was forever gone
And the sorrow hanged in tears
From the eyes of thair loved ones
And thir sons sadly swore
To become as great a soldier, yeah
