. o O o . the Mistress...

and how her character came to be

/A lady and her wip/In early may of the year 1936 a new human being was brought to life. A little girl, who many years later would change my life completely by introducing me to a different way of expressing love and affection between man and woman. It would still take several years for us to meet for the first time, but still the destiny of my life was beginning to take shape already before I was born.

She grew up in an area where steel production was the major task at hand and the demand for steel was high since a lot of countries were building up their army's in this period of history.

/Spotted woman/ The rising German threat was very real and would become even more so in the years to come. Later when the war actually started, the life in her home village became a real test of who was strong enough to cope with that and this background of her early life came to form a strong character where the capability to make a decision and improvise was necessary in order to make life endurable.

She also learned very early that any one who takes command and brings out a new idea will most likely be the one who leads others. This shaping of her personality into being a strong and leading type of character came to be the base for our relationship as it would develop later on in our life together.

Her choice of education came fairly natural to be in the humanistic area where she got her self a degree as a therapist specializing in education and training of mentally retarded children. A line of work she held on to until her physical strength was down to a level where she could not continue anymore. /A brutal ride/ Due to medical reasons she was forced to retire from her ordinary line of work in 1988 and from that point on she stayed home.

Throughout all parts of her life, she was always very interested in other people and used quite a big part of her time to communicate with others.

/Lady in leather/As an active member of the International Red Cross she took an active part in the activities run by the local Red Cross organisation where we lived. At all time though, she never did let me run loose, taking every opportunity to remind me of the fact that she loved me and needed me to be able to go on. A feeling that was mutually shared for the joy and happiness of us both.

I thank you my love, for your caring thoughts and support throughout our life together.
