Woodmen's Crayfish party 1998 at Villa Leire

The first annual Woodmen's Unite Crayfish Party for the Swedish Branch was held at Villa Leire.
Villa Leire is located 10 km north of Finspong out in the wilderness in the middle of Sweden. To this traditional Swedish Crayfish Party Woodmen had came from all over the world. Countries represented:
Sweden, England, Wales, Scotland, Ireland and New Zealand.

The party started with some beer and after that the 15 participating members started to eat the Crayfish with salad, hard bread and clear liquid. A lot of singing were accompanying the meal.

Tug of War
After the meal had finished around midnight the non Swedes challenging the Swedes in a Tug of war fight. Not surprisingly the strong Swedes totally demolish the challengers.

I think Collin had some hard time to explain why his new white T-Shirt were totally brown on the backside.

Ian and Collin compared different brands of survival tools. Surprisingly a Noname tool for 99 SEK where better than a famous survival tool for 800 SEK.

There were no women at the party, but some of the Woodmen did not mind...

There is no Crayfish without the Swedish genuine "snaps" and especially not a Woodmen's Crayfish Party without one or two of this clear liquor.
