Yehaa! An update!! Exactly three months since last update... Again, sorry about that, but I just don't have the time any more. And since Amanda isn't competing much anymore, there just isn't much to update with. Fear not, though! This site will still be up, but I might remove this News & Updates section in the near future.

Last month Amanda did a personal appearance at a show in Bakersfield, CA. Hopefully I can bring you pictures from this event soon. You know the problem though...

Yesterday was the THREE YEAR ANNIVERSARY of the Olympic Gold in Atlanta. Applauds and confetti!!

A good friend of mine has decided to shut down his gymnastics site. Scott's Jaycie Phelps site is no more. Thanks for three great years, duder! SEE YA!

A big THANK YOU to everyone who participated! All you ideas, messages and support is very much appreciated! There were a couple of great ideas from you all that I'll try to get going here. However, the person who wanted a section with pictures of me... Nah, I'm sorry! :)

Amanda teamed up with Amy Chow for the 1999 edition of Reese's Cup, held last weekend in Tempe, Arizona. After an exciting competition, Amanda and Amy, "The All-America A's", stood as champions. For more information about the competition, please visit USA Gymnastics or Yahoo Sports.

Wow, I must be the slowest person on the web... Earlier I used to update this freakin' site at least a few times every week. These days, if we're all lucky, it's updated once a month. And the reasons? Well, no time... no enthusiasm... no energy... no money... And since Amanda isn't competing that much, there's really not much to write about either.

I'm thinking about maybe shutting down the site. "See ya! No more! Not to be continued! The end! Finito!" Or maybe I'll just leave the photos up as a tribute of some sort. Well, we'll see what happens... By the way, the winner of the signed Amanda photo will be announced soon!

Don't forget the Reese's Cup on January 16th at the campus of AZU. Amanda, Jaycie and a bunch of other gymnasts will be there. And hey, Amanda's got a new floor routine!

I would also like to encourage y'all to watch the Leeza Gibbons show tomorrow January 5th on NBC! (Check your local listings) The show will be about three teenages, one of them mentally handicapped, who got convicted for tripple murder. A crime they didn't commit, but because of incompetent police work, they were found guilty. Not to mention, there were no evidence at all...

Err... This episode just got postponed - no new date yet!
