This page will display my interests and play some music while you read it This is my home on the web.I would like to present my view of the Swedish archipelago.To make this page interesting I need your help with information. Please e-mail me or comment in my Guestbook. Maybe somebody who might see this page has any ideas of what I should add or something worth sharing with other archipelago lovers.

As you already have guessed I like the archipelago and especially the Stockholm archipelago. Unfortunately I'm never able to spend as much time as I would like there. I'm a member of Skärgårdsstiftelsen, Svenska Kryssarklubben (SXK)and Svenska turistföreningen (STF) Our boating season is a little short. Our leisure boat season is only 6 months. From May till October. Some years the archipelago is still frosen at the end of April. Thanks to "allemansrätten" it's easy to find a harbour when you sail in the archipelago. You aren't allowed to beach your boat where you disturb the property owner or anchor at a private pier of course. But apart from such obvious rudness you can in most cases stay one or two nights anywhere.Restrictions exist within military areas. Military areas are marked on the nautical chart. There are signs along the shoreline that state if it's a restricted area. Arholma och Fejan in the north and Nåttarö and Muskö south are a few examples.
