Baseleader Training Course

Being responsible for a Divecenter and all the activities surrounding it is not something anyone does without proper training. There are a lot of things to take into consideration, such as policy, strategy, customer relations in a long time perspective, economy, training of personnel and safety. This and much more will be discussed during this last step of the self authored program.

You will get information on building your own system of leadership into your own divecenter. This program will demand a lot of you when it comes to experience from the diving business and that is why the prerequisites are PADI IDC Staff instructor and a fulfilled Economy & Planning course.

The relationship between Strategy, Tactics and Economy is the major background to the discussions of the course. From these viewpoints we will discuss:

• Personnel - How to recruit and maintain the standards

• Safety - What is safety and how to uphold it

• How to create your own policy and strategy

• Customer service in a long time perspective
