My name is Reinhold Konnander. I am 33 years of age and am presently working as a Course Director, mainly in Sweden. My background is quite mixed, though very specialized towards leadership. I am a Swedish Army officer (Ret) and during my time in the Army (Laponian Ranger Reg.) I specialized in Leadership. I have studied  Psychology, Socialpsychology, Pedagogics, Educational methology and Economy at University level.

My working experience (disregarding Army service) is mainly divided into three different timespans. The first one was when I was working as a Instructor and Training Manager in Stockholm from 92 - 95. The second was working as baseleader for Eurodivers in the Maldives 95 - 97.  The third one is now when I work whit leadership level programs, both the PADI program and self authored programs, mainly in Sweden. Before this quite intense period of about five years I was working in Kiruna in the northern part of Sweden as an Officer. During that time I worked as an Instructor associated to the local Sportdivingclub.

My hopes for the future is to gain a base for my view on the diving business and work from this base both domestically and abroad.
