Taking a greater part in the day to day business of the Divecenter almost always means to participate in or to lead different Projects. A Project is a very effective workform when it is used the right way. It is, however, not an easy task to lead a Project if you don't know the routines and rules of this. In this course you will learn how to run a project from the start until you evaluate the final outcome. You will learn how to understand what is demanded of you and your projectgroup, What demands you possibly can have on your group and what you can demand of the supervisor.

During the course we will learn to master a Projectplan, handle conflicts, run a short project and write a report among other things.
