How to estimate future Traffic mortality rates

A new way of analysing traffic accident statistics is presented. It takes into account the fact that drivers become more skilled and less prone to getting involved in lethal accidents as they accumulate experience. The analysis shows that we should set a max limit to the number of registered cars in our country.
