DISAB awarded growth company of the year.
In april -98, DISAB Vacuum Technology AB was awarded "Growth company of the year in the southern of Sweden". DISAB participated in the class of manufacturing companies. The competition, which is held annually, is arranged by Arthur Andersen, Handelsbanken and Sydsvenska Handelskammaren. DISAB was awarded the prize with the motivation; through a targeted emphisism on product development in combination with an effective market organisation, DISAB har achieved a leading position within the area of industrial vacuum technology; the environmentaly way of handling wet and dry materials.

DISAB awarded ISO 9001.
After 14 months of hard work, DISAB was ISO 9001 certified in may -98. DISAB is the only company, within its line of business, to have been certified according to the standards of ISO 9001.
